I expected the arrival alerts to just be a small convenience, and that’s pretty much what they are. Most of the time they let me know when the driver is getting close, so I’m not constantly opening the app to check. A couple of times the alert came a little later than I would’ve liked, but overall it works well enough and makes the waiting feel less annoying...

I’ve used ridewithvia a few times now, it’s been such a relief. The wheelchair access has been really good, and the drivers were kind and patient, which meant a lot to me. I never felt rushed getting in or out, and booking was straightforward too. It’s made getting around feel a lot less stressful, and I’m genuinely grateful for that.

Via works fine for me most days, and I’m probably just bad at leaving early enough, but the routes can feel kind of all over the place. Some rides are quick, then other times we end up looping around to pick up a few people and I get there later than I planned. It’s not terrible, I just wouldn’t count on it if you’re already cutting it close like I usually am.

They dropped me off super close to the entrance, which just made sense with the rain coming down. I didn’t have to walk far or get soaked, so I really appreciated that
